What is the delivery delay ?

We do our best to process orders within 24-72 hours. This period may be extended on weekends, public holidays and periods of very high demand. Then, the packages are taken care of by our partner carrier for delivery to your home in 8-15 working days.

Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will be required to respond to a complaint from our company.

Where's my package ?

Within 48-72 hours after your purchase, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your package along with your tracking number.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

In order to be able to meet our processing times, you have 24 hours after your order to contact us and cancel your order. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled.

Where are our products shipped from?

Our offices are located in USA and Canada. We have warehouses located in USA, Canada, China and France.

What payment methods are available and are they secure?

On our shop, you can make your payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express credit card, but also by Apple Pay or Paypal. All payments are processed directly by Stripe or Paypal, 2 services recognized and fully secured by the latest standards of PCI/DSS regulations related to online payments. Our store is also fully secured by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and by international 256-bit data encryption.

How to Start a Return & Exchange?

To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number,  at support@bexali.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Are return costs covered?
All return postage and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

In the event of finding an anomaly, if the product is damaged, you have 3 days following the date of receipt of the order to contact our customer service via our contact form. Any complaint filed after the deadline cannot be processed.

I want to be reimbursed, what is the procedure?

If, despite all our efforts on the quality of our product, you want a refund, you have a period of 15 days after the date of receipt of your order to return the product to us. Just send us an email to our customer support: support@bexali.com, mentioning your order number and we will take care of your request. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email with our decision to accept or refuse the refund.
